Visit from Cambridge Public School Teachers

The Beautiful Stuff Project loves to get requests from public schools, daycare centers,, family child care providers, or community organizations to bring a team to our storefront to share ideas, learn from each other, and fill bags of materials.

Today a team of Cambridge Public School junior kindergarten teachers came to visit us after school.  We gave them an introduction to the space, shared ideas about ways to incorporate beautiful stuff into classroom life,  experimented with the open studio activity for the day (plexiglass stained glass) while discussing how to use beautiful stuff for specific art activities,  and finally filled bags to bring back to individual classrooms.

Please contact us if you would like to bring a team from your place of work.  We would LOVE to host you and your colleagues.  Be in touch.
